SEOguru.lk ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through seoguru.lk, why we collect it and how we protect it.
Information we collect
- Enquiry forms: your name, email address, phone number, website address, the service you're interested in, your budget and your message.
- Payments: your name, email, phone number and billing address, which we pass to PayHere to process your payment. We never see or store your card details. Card data is handled by PayHere (PayHere (Pvt) Ltd) under its own security and privacy terms.
- Free SEO check: the website address you enter. We fetch that public page to analyse it and don't store the result.
- Analytics: if enabled, Google Analytics collects anonymous usage data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to enquiries, prepare audits, deliver the services you buy, send receipts and service emails, and improve our website. We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't send marketing email unless you ask us to.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers we need to run the business: PayHere for payments, our email provider for sending email, our hosting and database provider, and Google for analytics. Each handles data under its own terms. We may also disclose information if Sri Lankan law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to two years. Payment and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use a strictly necessary cookie for the admin area. If Google Analytics is enabled, it sets cookies to measure visits. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
