SEO audits (one-time)
- Full refund if you cancel before we start work. We start once you've given us access to your site and Google accounts.
- Once work has started, the audit is not refundable, because it is delivered as a report tailored to your site.
- If we can't deliver the audit within 10 working days of receiving access, you can request a full refund.
Monthly plans
- Plans are month to month. Cancel any time with 30 days' written notice by email.
- The current paid month is not refundable once work for that month has started.
- If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and before any work has started, we'll refund that payment in full.
Six-month prepaid plans
- If you cancel a prepaid plan, we refund the unused full months, minus the 10% prepayment discount applied to the months already used.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through PayHere, or by bank transfer, within 14 working days. Your bank or card issuer may take longer to show the credit.
