These terms apply when you use seoguru.lk or buy services from SEOguru.lk. By placing an order you agree to them.
Services
We provide search engine optimisation consulting, audits, technical work, content and reporting as described on our pricing and services pages, or in a written proposal. The scope of each plan is shown on the pricing page at the time you buy.
No guaranteed rankings
Search engines decide their own rankings and change their algorithms often. We commit to doing the agreed work professionally and reporting honestly, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Audits are paid in advance. Monthly plans are paid monthly in advance, or six months in advance at a 10% discount. Online payments are processed securely by PayHere. Prices exclude paid third-party tools, advertising spend and content you ask us to buy on your behalf.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give us the access we need (such as to your website, Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Google Business Profile), to review content before it is published, and to confirm that material you supply doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
Ownership
Once paid for, content and reports we create for you belong to you. You keep full ownership of your website, accounts and data at all times.
Cancellation
Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. See our refund and cancellation policy.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect losses, including lost profits or changes made by search engines.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, and disputes are subject to the courts of Colombo.
